About Working Films
At Working Films our founding principles are based on the importance of people's work and the value their job holds for the people they work for. As a small, but growing company we have great ambition and never allow ourselves to forget why we do what we do. We match our passion for producing engaging and involving films with an interest in the work people do and why they do it.
Our breadth of experience is geared specifically for people and their work which is why our production team also has experience in employee research and recruitment communications so we can ensure that we plan the most appropriate way for the video to be filmed, structured and ultimately communicated to its target audience.
Using the latest digital technology and professional production crews we ensure that we work closely with you throughout to make sure the project goes smoothly. We understand the logistical impact such a project can have on your organisation which is why we work as efficiently as possible to ensure we maximise filming time whilst conscious that we are in someone elseʼs working environment.
